Tracy’s experience in the sector led her to create Bamboo Consulting and Business Development (Bamboo), an organization steeped in supporting businesses focused on resiliency, integrity and aspirational growth.
Specializing in business development, Tracy’s core skills are fundraising, relationship building, facilitating conversations steeped in justice, access, inclusion, diversity and equity, and developing and implementing equitable recruitment strategies.
Tracy has worked with numerous national and international clients, ranging from hospitals, animal welfare, foundations, community shelters and health organizations. She is an experienced and dedicated leader, with a strong knowledge of complex, integrated fundraising campaigns and strives to provide personalized strategic solutions for all of her clients.
