Scott Russell is an entrepreneur and not-for-profit change leader with 20 years of experience in associations, healthcare, mental health, and housing sectors. Scott works in partnership with clients to create focused strategies, develop governance practices, and advance culture change initiatives that move organizations forward in an impactful way. Scott is a Certified Risk Manager (CRM) through the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and Certified Professional Facilitator through International Association of Facilitators.
As a consultant and trainer, Scott has worked alongside non-profits across the country, applying his unique perspective and skills to co-design solutions organization’s biggest and most urgent problems. As a fundraiser within the sector, Scott has raised millions of dollars over the course of his career and demonstrated an ability to be effective in small grassroots organizations, as well as large, complex, federated organizations addressing national issues.
